RF Consultings team of experienced RF engineers perform all of the calculations, measurements and tests necessary to determine the optimum placement Cell Towers,  Access Points, Security Cameras, etc in a system in order to maximize coverage and efficiency. Designs are based upon a projected level of subscribers, population density, projected usage and the coverage area specified by the operator. 

System design tasks include analysis of coverage objectives and the establishment of design parameters based on criteria developed in concert with customers. RF Consultings unique design approach works closely with marketing, engineering and site acquisition personnel to identify desirable co-location opportunities and provide a cost-effective design that minimizes expenses and time to market.

RF Consulting provides network design and optimization of all of the above technologies.  Through the use of specialized RF Planning tools we are able to provide complete engineering design and optimization to include frequency / PN planning, proper cell placement and configuration management , back haul analysis, monitoring and report generation as well as network statistical analysis and reporting.

System Optimization

RF Consulting Engineers use state of the art Wireless Performance Tools  to optimize existing networks and new networks so that the have the highest voice quality as well as the highest frequency reuse which leads to maximum network capacity, reducing CAPEX costs.  Our tools are easy to use and allow operators to optimize their networks with only a few engineers which greatly reduces OPEX costs.

RF Consulting uses a combination of drive test data collection, Wireless LAN spectrum surveying, RF Prediction tool data (coverage, interference, traffic, etc), switch measured data and raw statistics data to set a baseline of the existing system quality and capacity. Once a baseline has been set our engineers run various scenarios based on the customers requirements.  We are usually able to tighten the frequency reuse (adding capacity) while simultaneously improving the overall quality of services score for the network.
