RF Consulting Services Inc. was created in 1996 by Mr. Ted Teofilak for the purpose of serving the wireless community.

RF Consulting has designed and built numerous cellular networks in the US and its territories. RF Consulting has also created software tools to optimize the planning and operation of cellular networks. 

These tools consisted of:
Automatic Frequency Planning
Automatic Statistics gathering, sorting and analyzing
Mapping of network statistics for easy problem identification
Network Transport layer monitoring and logging of outages
Call routing analysis and optimization

RF Consulting has also provided in building wireless design and installation to include cellular and wifi.

Today RF Consulting primarily provides high level consulting to corporations and governmant entities so that they can make informed decisions about technologies, equipment vendors and design - build - test strategies.

We are certified in Wimax RF Network Design  by WiMax University.
